What constitute your daily (10 min or more) exercise regime? Curious. I run 1 km daily at the minimum unless I travel (for work which is frequent,)

I do a feel-bad marathon every week where I despise myself for all day long. I train for it by making myself feel bad about myself for at least 10 minutes every day, except when I travel for work: then I meet other people that I can make feel bad about myself within 10 minutes.
