The universe will objectively always be a totally weird and strange place, and it only looks subjectively familiar is because familiarity is locked in during learning perception in childhood. The place where I grew up is the experiential ground zero of my world representation.
I wonder if that state is always there to some degree and we just form the abstractions in addition to it, and it is mostly our attentional memory that is different?

I'd say that the inclination to that familiarity is there, and the latter grows quite fast while we are young thus forming our personal perception frameworks.
