@Plinz Do you know anything about meditation? I've tried a few times, but I don't feel like I've ever succeeded at it.

Interesting. It seems very active and visual. When i tried it, I tried to just focus on my breath. My back would get really sore from sitting.

You may try using a high pillow to sit on, it usually helps until your back is trained a bit. You can also sit on a chair (just don't slump, but pull yourself up as if on a string, so you are nicely balanced).
