Any system that can be described in a constructive language is computational.
Depersonalized states are mostly not very useful states to be in. The argument only relates to the nature of consciousness.

Is depersonalization similar to loss of the experience of body ownership?

There are states in which you can no longer identify with the person owning the brain you run on. In a subset of those you won't be able to take a first person perspective at all (i.e. there is no I). Btw., most people know such states from dreams.
