Intelligence is the ability to make models. General intelligence means that a sufficiently large computational substrate can be fitted to an arbitrary computable function, within the limits of that substrate. Humans might already be in that category, for a rather small substrate.
You may have noticed that many intelligent people are not very wise, or even smart.

Do smartness and wisdom partly depend on the accuracy of the predictions of the models they made (relative to the ground truth)?

Intelligent people are good at making models. Smart people are good at recognizing which models are relevant to their goals. Wise people are good at picking the right goals.
