Most enlightenment states don't fully opt out, and the existing meditation traditions typically make sure you don't (for reasons of evolutionary incentives of meditation traditions).

Never seen it in that context before. There’s also the fact that biology still acts as a substructure, which is atm impossible to opt out of, for people in meditation traditions.

That seems kind of... underwhelming. It’s like a nihilistic self destruct. Do you think that opting out of the reward-function is a logical outcome of reaching a certain level of intelligence tho?

No, intelligence is just the ability to make models, and in practice a prosthesis that people use to compensate for lack of wisdom and healthy instincts.
