God is a condition you may discover your mind to be in. A transcendental focal point you project to bring all of your purposes into alignment.

Sounds good but shouldn't we give this concept another name since "God" is already used as the name for the super powerful and confused character from the Bible?

No, Genesis is not the story of the creation of a physical universe by a supernatural being, but the earliest childhood memories of an egregore. The myths are artifacts of missionaries installing shared purposes in the minds of the heathens.

The Bible is much more than Genesis. I agree that the book of Genesis works better as a metaphor, but I am certain that most believers don't share this view, & for that I don't think it's effective to use the word "God" to name anything other than what it has been used to name.
