Depersonalization is a state in which you perceive yourself from a third person perspective as a character in a dream. It is hard to cure because it is literally true. Your mind is just not supposed to remember that it is the author of the dream that your self experiences.
The universe is not symmetrical, but reversible, which means that every state has exactly one possible preceding state. You cannot delete bits. You can in theory always reconstruct the past from the present.

1) Is some sort of "information" added when we observe universe is expanding? 2) If Hawking radiation is detected, does it imply information loss or that its merely in some other form.

No, when the universe expands, it just means that the time to travel between locations increases. The black hole debates are focused on whether a black hole can permanently insulate information from the rest of the universe (but it would not be lost, just unreachable).
