The idea of "toxic masculinity", "toxic feminity", "toxic whiteness" etc. means "the way you are born is not acceptable and you need to be formed into something else". This is not a way to build a society. Don't privilege or punish identities, build shared purpose for all.
I agree, but we don't get to define how people actually use terms and what effect that has.

So far I've never seen anyone who uses these terms use them incorrectly. They describe a certain types of behaviour; vice versa, there has to be a way to name these behaviours (as a set). Sure they might offend, but wouldn't you call a liar a liar because of them being offended?

You should totally call a liar a liar. You should probably not call them a lying vegetarian blonde, if you want to express that you are unhappy with the lying, and don't want to discriminate against blonde vegetarians, and start a reddit of "vegetarian blondes against truth"
