Summary of Diddy buffs with frame data: -Barrels super buffed -Dair hits on f15 from f17 -uair landing lag FAF is now 10 from 14 -Uair end lag (in air) is now 36 instead of 37 (I believe? Might be wrong on this) -Popgun has a small damage buff, also charges faster
