OBS for MacOS is super unoptimized. Might be a stretch, but using boot camp to run Windows and then the Windows version is much better. I can’t stream on my MacBook using MacOS, but it works great on Windows.
Does anyone have experience of streaming on twitch from China using a VPN? I tried to stream from my MacBook Pro using my home wifi and the stream was very laggy. Does anyone know the right configuration of OBS settings to solve the issue?
