People are broke/out of work and the ones already on the margin are most impacted. I went to the dump yesterday. It was crowded and full price. If I needed food for my family I know where I'd put my money. Want to stop illegal dumping now? Make the dump free for a few hours a day
Due to a recent increase of illegal littering, #PlacerCounty officials are urging residents to continue to properly dispose of trash through their regular collection service. As we take care of our health, help us continue to take care of our county!

I used to use the dumpster at work for my garbage, but now that's gone. Many residents had ways to safely dump household trash without having home collection. Many of those dumpsters are now inaccessible. You can fix this instead of pointing it out without offering alternatives.
