Please explain. Your video says that there have been just 7 cases in Placer county, and yet later you cite the "large number of cases" as a basis for giving up on containment efforts. Since when is 7 (out of more than 380K Placer County residents) a "large number"?

Other than Sacramento, Yolo, and Placer counties, no other counties in the nation have given up on containment efforts. Your justification for doing so should be made crystal clear for the residents of these counties. So far, you have failed utterly to explain this decision.
