And instead of blaming these folks who are tying - thinking about how our system preferences homeowners that need to update their address or change their routine, that provides suburban polling places with tons of resources
-
What would a voting system that gave the same preferential treatment students or new voters look like? What would it be like to ask that from our city, county, or state?

And therein lies the problem. You can register to vote online, or via mail, or in person at the MVD. It's an extremely easy thing for any 18-22 year old to accomplish. You and I both know that bc we registered to vote during college. These kids deciding not to is inexcusable.

Maybe when they register for classes they should be registered to vote We’ve found the first time we do something it can be difficult and intimidating - maybe it’s ok not to be great at it or forget?

So don’t blame us for our lack of preparedness. Got it.
-
Well if you’re trying to correct a bad habit - is blame ever a useful place to start? Definitely doesn’t work on us. Probably doesn’t work on young voters. Might just make it worse
