      Great (and long) discussion on @rickhasen election law listserv on what is allowable to provide inducement to vote. I presume this is not problematic because voters already in line? Variations in state laws and what counts as a campaign donation is pretty amazing.

      my understanding is that everyone at the polling place is allowed pizza, not contingent on being a voter

      I did an interview on @wgbhnews and expressed concern about the demise of Dunkin' Donuts and street corner electioneering in MA as a result of early voting. These are the fun interviews! @cstewartiii knows of what I speak.

      Correct! And also yes the voters are already in line & there is no inducement to vote. We have legal guidance from election lawyers on this.
