Anyone know whether it’s legal to hand out snacks/water at the polls, with no political message except please don’t get out of line because you’re hungry/hangry? (Asking for a 12-year-old who likes to be useful.)
Yep totally legal as long as you give it out to everyone there and not just people who are waiting to vote (so people who already voted, kids, volunteers, poll workers, passers by, etc.) That's what we do! Sounds like a rad 12 year old.
