Here's what makes me crazy: I live in Oregon. If you wanted to send me a pizza, you'd need to deliver it to my house where I'll fill out my ballot on my kitchen table and vote by mail.
Most of us are Oregonians too 
that vote by mail
Although we did send a delivery to Oregon in 2016: Multnomah County Elections had quite a line for folks needing new ballots
