Contacted @bt_uk plenty of times now to try and sort out the internet issues that occur in the evening. Customer service has been pointless, and at this rate having to swap ISP might be the only option. Having your livelihood depend on domesticated internet sucks.

You can get a business line for a little more than the cost of a BT contract per month and these issues won't exist (talking business broadband rather than a leased line), plus you'll have contracted SLA's for support.

In the evening around 20:00 it appears to get throttled, and I start experiencing packet loss because of whatever is happening. Browsing the internet still works, it's slow but it works. Playing games which is my job, does not work. It is too unstable for me to properly play.
