I have such a hard time understanding that Morrigan is still super buggy after 8 months in the game.

Usually when I see this it's because people are actually pulling the mouse towards a new target, but have the targeter up so quickly...
Maybe the hitbox for morrigan ult should be a lot furhter out. Like a doughnut with a BIG hole in the middle.

Right now even a slight nudge in one direction can cause a change in character to ult.

Possibly that sensitivity is what's causing the issue, but it's hard to solve design-wise without losing some of the fluidity.
