uhm, I've been rereading some of my favourite fantasy, keeps me happy. I'd love something new though

Besides Spice and Wolf which I'll fawn over to anyone because of the character interaction and gradual romance progression /swoon

I'd say check out Garth Nix's Old Kingdom series. Starts with Sabriel. It's YA fiction, but there's a new book in the series out

Same. I stopped reading when Terry Pratchett's last book came out. Couldn't bring myself to read it. Still need to :(
