The morality and basic concept of tipping is easy as far as restaurant service is concerned. That's just how it works here

it's just a little sad the employer doesn't pay them in full, because then tipping is an extra for doing their job well

It's even more sad when people don't tip because of personal reservations and refusal to adhere to another place's customs

Its a different place with a different set of expectations and pay-grades. Don't use that as an excuse to fuck hard workers
