The morality and basic concept of tipping is easy as far as restaurant service is concerned. That's just how it works here

Its a different place with a different set of expectations and pay-grades. Don't use that as an excuse to fuck hard workers
and the customer should not be responsible being given the option to/not to pay the employees salary.

I am not arguing the morality of the system. Just don't fuck the people on the floor while you are in the states

yeah. It really sucks when people don't tip in a culture where it is needed by the employee
