Wtf something is wrong with my game, it stutters super hard? It just freezes every second for 0,5 sec then works fine for 1 > repeat

We tried using @Pixiemixy account on my PC and the game runs perfectly smooth. I switched back to my account it's fucking like 5 fps > 150 fps > 5, hirez targeting us or something? lmao
