They're unable to help, I've tried talking to them. I need an account manager, or human. Larger (more important) channels have them. I'm not there yet, hence getting removed no questions asked. It wasn't just my YouTube either, my entire Gmail account was on the chopping block.

It seems such a 'big brother' attitude. I would add my name to a petition urging more transparency and discussion for the users in the middle band. If for no other reason than that they can continue to grow and become the next 'Big' account holders.
