With 400 down on my net for speeds every @TeamYouTube video i upload sits on 95% processing for ages and even after waiting an hour the video still posts in 360p for a good while before hd is ready so annoying. i wait to publish so this doesn't happen still happens.pic.twitter.com/soXRCb7win

I believe the processing side all happens on Youtubes side, not on your side. I have that happen to me sometimes too, and its somewhat a joke: "I'm so early it's only 360p". Some wait to make the video public so this doesn't happen. You are not alone!

Remember though, youtube has to take your video, and make that same video a bunch of times, in different resolutions and formats for all different users hundreds and thousands of times for every video uploaded on Youtube. It's tough being big like YT!

Yea i left it for an hour yesterday after it had fully processed and it still published at base resolution lol. The worst about it is my most loyal viewers will be first ones in and get a crappy experience lol.

It's too bad there isn't a "Publish after all resolutions are available" option.

That would be nice to see a little hd symbol to let you know its ready to go at max resolution.
