As a the oldest worker at my job I see younger people struggle with basic etiquette...things like good morning...holding a door for someone with arms full...it's sad to me. Like they don't understand those little interactions lead to stronger ones

This generation is convinced wfh is perfectly fine. It’s disturbing bc they don’t realize the social aspects of work (& life). Addthe isolation of “social media” we have a whole generation that’s unable to communicate effectively. We’re reduced to 1 word answers & 5 sec videos
