Growing up in rural Indiana I did a fair amount of bowling - not much else to do there. (Cow-tipping had not been ‘invented’ yet.
) The real reason is that the game play lent itself to the mouse fling control mechanism developed alongside @kitchengarry at Skyworks Technologies.
