No one is tackling anyone because someone is stealing from a billion dollar corp. It's not worth even the elevated heart rate.

If a thief broke into your home and stole all your stuff should someone stop the thief?

The dumbest analogy ever. Walgreens isnt anybody’s home lmao.

Walgreens is still private property a lot like someone's home. If you cannot see that then wow.

No. “a lot like” somebody’s home lmao. Listen, I’m not advocating for stealing but I’m also not about to risk my life over stuff like this video. It doesn’t affect me directly, I don’t care lmao. Nobody got hurt or died. Walgreens is just gonna be new stuff. Move along ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Or Walgreens is just going to close and leave. They have already closed 17 stores. If your neighbor sees someone breaking into your home that does not affect them.

If I saw my neighbor’s house getting broken into, I’m definitely not leaving my house to go help I’ll tell you that much lmao.

Most break ins are multiple people. What am I gonna do, act like I'm in a 90s beat em up game and take them down so my neighbors 4 year old vizio is safe? I'm not saying people should do nothing in that situation but I think people have delusions of grandeur about this stuff.

Like, odds are they dont wanna be seen. You could probably just say hi and end the situation. I guess one could call law enforcement but I'm not trusting that to end well and no ones life should be ended over consumer goods, even if they're doing something wrong.

Also, as pointed out elsewhere, many folks dont seem interested in actually doing things to prevent this. Addressing why folks are stealing so much gets you further than just giving people jail time for misdemeanor theft.

Would you have the same mindset that stealing does not matter if it was not from Walgreens but a mom-and-pop store?
