Racism is used 2 turn U.S., poor whites - gen'lly poorly ed'd, etc - against other races, ethnic groups, women - LBJ said that. I understand frustration w/them, but we need 2 addr problems in sys that cause them 2 espouse hatred + beliefs counter 2 their own interests.
So then it starts with education, and we all know how a lot of these folks feel about education. They'd rather be ignorant, because studying and improving oneself is just too hard. Especially when God already made them perfectly just the way he wanted them to be.
