It’s problem nobody knows how this disease process. I got it recently I can tell you. I’m cancer survivor and removed many limp nodes. It means I have issues. And I’m 60 years old. I got COVID-19 suddenly and I can’t trace any suspicious activity. I always wear the masks.

And avoided going to crowded places. Even though I got it . All another family are fine. So u can’t protect yourself. Only prepare for this, u should take Vitamin B. C. D . Kind a big amount. And get quercetin and zinc. Still u got virus but u can avoid going to hospital.
