Agreed on different height bell curves, and that elite sports naturally focus on the extreme ends and so this becomes relevant (and not affected by hormones). Just meant it was unlikely the discrepancy was actually >1 foot than her teammates.

I'm always a little suspicious of these pictures. The lady in question is described as 6'6" and a human head is 8.5-9.5 inches in height. Looking at avereage women's college basketball player heights, she shouldn't be that much taller than the team.pic.twitter.com/oEbFjlhk7M
