Well thanks Mark. The full tweet is something like: "150 relevant civic leaders and relevant experts across all political divides signed a letter agreeing that there was institutional discrimination against a marginalised group that is protected by the Equality Act 2010".

So the BBC spokesperson simply said, "no we are not trans transphobic, so go away and let us carry on doing what we do". No mention of internal investigation, or even acknowledging the complaint and setting out a course of action. Please keep the pressure on them.

What they means is: The BBC does not, without question, fully support the most extreme trans activists views. The BBC allows those critical of these views to have a voice. They are therefore transphobic.
