As others above have stated... this article disproves it’s own argument: “If they have not had any treatment or surgery, they must send a report that details what treatment they *plan* to have.” PLAN I PLAN to fly to the moon... does that make me an astronaut?

That's what is being proposed. A simple statutory declaration which a solicitor or commissioner for oaths will charge you £5 to swear in front of them. That's it. I could get one without making any physical modifications to myself whatsoever.

Disappointed that you have derailed own argument by the following statement "If they have not had any treatment or surgery, they must send a report that details what treatment they plan to have." The current govt have failed the country, despite saying they planned100k tests
