Transgender I just don't understand. Phrases like "I've always been a woman in the inside" or "I've always felt like I am a woman" - how? You aren't biologically a woman and you've never been one and all the surgery and hormones in the world will never change your gender

It is a mental disorder and it's seen as homophobic or transphophic to disagree with someone about it. But I can disagree with an anorexic, or a schizophrenic sufferer because it is a mental disorder that isn't categorised as "-phobic"
