Back when, and still today, the groups found and find in each other common prejudices each share - those based around expected societal gender norms. Both wrt expression, and those of who goes with who, what they do, how they love etc. The core prejudices - they overlap.

But to respond with commensurate level of faith posed: main vectors which shape my views on 'this' come from: my peers, my lgbt+ (esp women and nb) pals, womens' orgs, and the character of those i both agree and disagree with on the issue, i think is the most efficient answer!
