I fail to see how this is legal considering he has a GRC. Each time he needs to show his kiddo's birth certificate, he will have to out himself. A b/c is a legal document, not a medical one, so it should reflect his legal sex, which is male. The judge is a reductionist.

How about we just redesign birth certificates to say "Parent 1 and Parent 2". Then it doesn't matter if someone identifies as male, female, non-binary, intersex, whatever, and it doesn't matter who did what with whom to make the kid, they're the official parents.

Ridiculous! He isn't a mother, his child will never call him mum, but dad. And that should be reflected in official documents.

What the hell? He identifies as a he? His child will grow up calling him dad? Everyone else in society who isn't a transphobic d*CK waffle will call him the child's father? Therefore he is the child's father regardless! Oh & by the way...Men can get pregnant too it's 2019!
