Lloyd's were amazing. Business banking took issues seriously, spent a while discussing and apologising, applied some positive action, without asking credited my account with an amount to apologise and to thank at the same time. Think this guy is applying self wrongly !

I agree, I had an amazing conversation with
@AskLloydsBank and they went out of their way to help and advise. They even called me at home to give me more information as they had gone away & asked questions themselves. My son is really happy using them
