It should be...but not really. Many of us don't really have our hearts in the marriage equality movement, some think that their struggle have ended once they get a partner, some are anti immigrants, and some privileged LGBT don't care what happens to the less fortunate ones.

Is it that shocking? I mean I will never get queer people who support the right of politics but it’s similar to the split of African Americans between Democrats and Republicans. It’s reassuring that the vast majority of LGBTQ people favour a relatively progressive gay candidate.
