I'll say it again, gay actors have played straight roles since time began and it's never been an issue so why is it an issue for straight actors to play gay characters, this is getting ridiculous

Exactly. I remember the time they flew Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck into space so they could practice blowing up real meteors. Experience made all the difference in the movie.
