Lots of people with common sense!!! Absolutely no need to change it. If you look at the original idea of the flag, it had absolutely nothing to do with colour, creed or religion. It already includes everything it needs to!!!

The rainbow flag is inclusive BECAUSE the individual colours have no symbolism As soon as you give a label to any of the colours, the next group will feel excluded

Actually they do, just none in the context of race, colour, religion or creed. For example the red symbolises life, and orange I believe is healing. Still, all very inclusive, and positive symbolism!
