I hope you clarify in the coming months, bc this is all so horribly vague. The post doesn't clarify anything, either, like what channels qualify as kid friendly and if comments are disabled user-side or permanently on the video itself.

The target audience is what's most important here (you know your videos best!). If your content isn’t made for kids, no action needed. More specifics/examples here: https://yt.be/help/pE5Q and we’ll have more resources & content strategy guides over the coming months to help.

Youtube think about creators too they need feedback us gachatubers want feedback this would stop it sure if it's on youtube kids then fine but youtube no fix your damn system and it's glitches before implementing anything and get rid of the anti gacha community
