service animals have 4 legs and bark... the value of 'assistance' animals (cats, birds, guinea pigs, etc) is dismissed by the #MHRC. "service" means physical activity, not emotional comfort and support. #MHRC dismisses #emotionalmoments as less important than #PhysicalTherapy
