    I really enjoy visiting my godparents. And I really need to make the time to visit them more often. They told me they are retiring within a year and heading back to the motherland. I’m happy for them but I will miss not having them close by. 🦁

    I feel very honored and privileged when the elder folks of our community talk to me and give me advice. Even if it’s in the middle of a party, I’d much rather sit and talk with them because I’ve learned that there may not be a tomorrow to do so.

    I was never a Girl Scout cause that wasn’t around in the hood when I was growing up. Now I have my little nieces and cousins hitting me up to buy them and I love it! I just need to make sure I buy from all my nieces and cousins 😅🍪

    I recently started feeling physical pain from stress once again and I know if I don’t take care of myself and my body it will only get worse. If y’all have decent insurance that covers chiropractic treatment, I strongly recommend you see one!

    A few years back I learned the hard way that stress can and does cause physical pain. I recently took a surface EMG scan, or as I like to call it: stress test. A normal healthy score is 100. I scored 1308 😐😣☠️
