That is half the cost of the entire U.S. Refugee Admissions Program in 2016, before Trump gutted it. According to the Center for Immigration Studies, it takes about $65K per person per year, for five years, to resettle a refugee in the United States. And they open restaurants!

My estimate of a quarter billion is based on this: 76 missiles fired at ~$1M each, plus 3x that in support and deployment costs. I'm happy for any military nerds to weigh in if this is fake math.
