The Constitution clearly gives Congress, not the President, the power to make war. We need to elect a Congress that will not abrogate its duty.

The AUMF is vague if we're talking about flagless terrorist groups. Striking official Syrian government facilities is not even close to what the 2001 AUMF allows.
