Class move from one of my favorite people in PA politics. Whoever we nominate in #PA10 will need all our help this fall.https://twitter.com/HartmanForPA/status/978704056364433408 …

Curious why she's among your favorites. From my vantage point, she's done nothing but leave a swath of destruction this cycle.

Smart, progressive, credentialed, hard-working. May well have been our best chance to win this district.

What was progressive about her? She campaigned as a centrist in both PA-16 and new PA-10. And failed to collect enough valid petitions to get on the ballot, which I think shows one of "smart" or "hard-working" is not true. Her record of underperforming Clinton speaks for itself.

In brief, this was an inept candidate who nearly cost us two districts that are otherwise winnable in 2018. This is harsh, but true: despite strong backing from the Democratic party, her track record is 0/3: lost, quit, and failed.

Give me $200K and I can collect 1000 signatures for you in any state in one week. Her failure here is just basic political ineptitude.

At some point, you have to stop making excuses and judge Hartman by her achievements: lost in '16, dropped out of PA-11 (where she was facing defeat in the primary), and failed to clear a low procedural hurdle in PA-10. This is not the track record of a strong candidate.
