Fortunately, the DCCC is as bad at skulduggery as it is at winning elections. But the fight is real, and we'll have to defeat our own party in order to make that blue wave happen in November.

Contributed again (2nd or 3rd time) last night. Had no idea Pinboard would turn out to be so expensive.

It’s almost like the Democrats are avoiding progressive candidates not because they don’t think a progressive can win, but because the party itself isn’t that progressive.

It's not actually about progressive or not. It seems to largely be about how much cash the candidate will funnel to the approved cadre of consultants and strategy wonks. Winning or losing elections is kind of a secondary issue for the party.

The DCCC is supporting a brand new candidate in my race. One they dragged into the race by giving her money. Who would you rather elect? Someone who jumped into the trenches on her own or one who was bribed with a bright shiny congressional carrot?
