I don't think people are terrified; I am frustrated to see them not thinking strategically. Probably a conversation better to have off Twitter

1. The ability to take power is subjected to systemic biases 2. Large corp workers driving initiatives is an exception, not the norm. More diversity in startup founders could be more effect as social proof via acquisition or efforts in promotion w better diversity

Example of the first point - a woman “taking power” is usually seen as being “too aggressive” and “not a team player”; whereas for white men would be “taking initiative”. Pt2 is more of an observation and consideration of cumbersome politics in large corps
