The investor class has done nothing for this part of California except enrich itself and drive up the cost of housing. I'm happy if they don't feel welcome here.

Investors (like a lot of WSJ’s audience) do tend to consider themselves entrepreneurs, otherwise they’d be dumb money and they’re too egotistical to consider that.
