Is there another example of a bug with as high a severity/“what you can do” ratio for users as Sceptre? I apologize for the division by zero
this is a new bug class. The klugey mitigations are not the last word we’re going to hear on this

I know. But it’s not like end users are just twisting in the wind. Compiler authors, browser vendors, OS vendors, app store operators, processor vendors, public cloud operators, security auditors, systems integrators, and many others are working on this.

Although the embargo ended somewhat early, it lasted for months, if I understand correctly. There’s a fair amount of mitigation already deployed.
